This Leading Securities Firm is looking for seasoned counterparty credit risk talent focusing on Equities Derivatives to join their team due to business expansion. You will be joining a team of 7, great working culture and great remuneration package are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and management of policies, procedures, and systems supporting the front office for OTC derivatives and related business activities.
Participate in setting and managing counterparty exposure limits, maintaining accurate risk data in the risk management system, and producing daily risk reports.
Support the enhancement of counterparty risk measurement models and risk management system functionalities.
Conduct ad-hoc risk and business analyses to provide actionable insights for management decisions.
Facilitate effective coordination across business divisions, support functions, and control units to drive group initiatives, including OTC derivatives and synthetic prime brokerage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline; an advanced degree or FRM certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in counterparty credit risk management with leading banks or securities firms, preferably international institutions; candidates with less experience may be considered for an Associate-level role.
Strong understanding of cross-border and overseas business operations, with expertise in derivative products and brokerage.
Familiarity with the Basel framework, particularly counterparty credit risk capital requirement modeling, is advantageous.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with management and diverse business units.
