Wholesale Director

My client is a MNC who is looking for a Wholesale Director responsible for leading and overseeing the wholesale operations. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, and develop strategies to expand company's wholesale business. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the effective execution of wholesale initiatives and the achievement of revenue targets.
 
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive wholesale strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and market trends.
• Lead the wholesale sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for product development and innovation.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize wholesale operations.
• Develop and implement sales forecasting and demand planning processes to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstocks.

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in wholesale management or a similar leadership role within the industry.
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
• In-depth knowledge of wholesale industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure performance.
• Good command of both Chinese and English
