Our client is seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager to support the growth of its agency channel business.

Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Agency Channel Leader and assist a Senior Manager in executing strategies to drive agency growth.
- Serve as the key contact for life agents, providing support in areas such as policy review, underwriting challenges, and product positioning, and product selling.
- Assist with agency administration, including performance tracking, preparing weekly reports, and proactively engaging with agency teams to support both team development and business expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the insurance agency channel within an insurance company.
- Proven ability to drive business growth through the agency channel.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products is highly preferred.
- Experience in agency channel development is a plus.
- With front line selling and corporate experience is a plus.
- Demonstrates strong ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
