As the Assistant Manager, Credit Analysis in a well-reputed Regional Bank, your key responsibility will be:
  • Perform comprehensive credit assessments of corporate clients, crafting detailed and insightful credit proposals to support lending decisions.
  • Prepare high-quality credit reports and presentation materials, ensuring clarity and precision for stakeholder reviews.
  • Conduct periodic credit evaluations of borrowers to monitor risk exposure and ensure ongoing compliance with lending criteria.
  • Undertake site visits or factory inspections as required to verify client operations and assess risk factors firsthand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance credit processes and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.

  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in a credit-related role within the banking sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical acumen, paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce professional reports and presentations.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including proficiency in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
