Our client is a renowned conglomerate with a strong global reputation. As the market has opened up, the projected business growth is substantial and hence they are looking for a strategist that is strong in membership management and development across tiers.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of CRM marketing automation, journeys, and processes to achieve business efficiency.
- To be the data custodian for the brand. Maintain, monitor, and ensure customer database is updated in line with internal data quality policy.
- Support leads assignment and monitor follow-up tasks closely by the sales team.
- Generate and analyse CRM campaign result, draw insights and propose data-driven ideas and recommendations.
- Identify and propose suitable target audiences / segments for sales / aftersales marketing campaigns.
- Create base level econometric models and apply quantitative techniques to derive intelligent insights that will impact communication and planning strategy
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis/insights/market research.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Market Research, or similar quantitatively driven majors.
- Strong Excel skills and comfortable with PowerPoint and or Tableau
- Knowledge of analytics and data management software & programs would be desirable e.g. SQL, R, Python, etc.
- You should be culturally flexible and enjoy working with teams across different countries
