Our client is one of the domestic insurance platforms with their business focus in HNW business They are hiring an experienced case manager (HNW) to support their HNW business. Interested parties who is experienced are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- To support post-sales handling with sales, business partners and insurers for the high net-worth insurance cases.
- To support the account manager and to ensure the HNW cases are being handled accurately.
- To proactively liaise with major parties in details checking and information collection.
- To liaise with insurer(s) for pending cases or outstanding inquiries, business support over policy service and quotation preparation.
- Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in the Hong Kong insurance market, with hands-on underwriting or HNW case management experience.
- Strong in life insurance product proposition, product analysis, or product advisory.
- Strong Industry knowledge in the HNW segment is needed.
- Familiar with Chinese culture and the Chinese market has added advantages.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.
