This well-reputed & fast-growing multi-family office is looking for seasoned operation professional join their firm as the COO and RO due to great success in their business last year. You will be leading a team of 4, directly reporting to the Founder. 

job scope.
As the Chief Operating Officer and the RO for a Well-reputed & Fast-growing multi-family Office, your key responsibility will be to:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiency and optimize performance within the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior management to formulate and execute business plans, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and goals
  • Establish and maintain robust operational policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and assess operational risks, implementing appropriate risk management strategies to safeguard the firm's interests.
  • Drive innovation and stay abreast of industry trends, identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and service providers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the budgeting and financial management processes, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Serve as the Responsible Officer for the firm, liaising with regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a multi-family office or similar financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of buy-side and sell-side activities, including investment management, trading, and client servicing.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the financial industry.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement operational plans to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving operational excellence and delivering high-quality services to clients.
