They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery and ongoing operations of their FinTech platform, ensuring robust governance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive FinTech solutions that support strategic goals and meet regulatory standards.
- Convert business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation to enable effective solution development.
- Produce regular performance dashboards and management reports to support internal decision-making and platform oversight.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures and user manuals to ensure consistent and compliant system operations.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to address technical challenges and optimize platform performance.
- Contribute to solution enhancement cycles by aligning technical updates with evolving business demands and compliance needs.
- Create visual documentation such as process maps, wireframes, and integration flowcharts to facilitate clear communication and implementation.
- Support issue resolution through cross-team collaboration, addressing both business process gaps and system-level concerns.
- Track and report on platform stability, proactively coordinating remediation efforts with IT and service providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical BA role, preferably within FinTech or financial services.
- Strong understanding of risk management, security protocols, and audit processes.
- Experience in platform operations, including reporting, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project documentation, and business process mapping.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in financial services is a plus.
