Company Overview

Our client is a fast-growing insurance company who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Service team to deliver superior and efficient services.
  • Actively address and resolve customer complaints, enhancing our focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and enhance the team’s expertise and skills.
  • Oversee external vendor performance to ensure compliance with service agreements and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing the complete lifecycle of system improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify problems, propose resolutions, and execute improvement plans for customer service.


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer engagement, experience, or service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are highly valued.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Familiarity with the GI/Health insurance sector is advantageous.
