Company Overview

Our client, a multinatinal insurance company in Hong Kong, is hiring a Customer Service Manager to support their new business strategy. Interested parties with proven CS experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the service delivery and daily operations of Customer Service team
  • Monitor team members’ performance and provide guidance to enhance their competencies and engagement
  • Conduct trend and root cause analysis to identify the related issues
  • Provide monthly performance reports and the improvement suggestion to the top management
  • Collaborate with internal departments and manage ad hoc projects as required

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Service with supervisory experience
  • Good knowledge of the Healthcare insurance product and operations is highly preferable
  • Strong analytical and problem solving, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Ability to be multi-task and work under pressure
