Key Responsibilities
- Manage the service delivery and daily operations of Customer Service team
- Monitor team members’ performance and provide guidance to enhance their competencies and engagement
- Conduct trend and root cause analysis to identify the related issues
- Provide monthly performance reports and the improvement suggestion to the top management
- Collaborate with internal departments and manage ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Service with supervisory experience
- Good knowledge of the Healthcare insurance product and operations is highly preferable
- Strong analytical and problem solving, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to be multi-task and work under pressure
