This well-reputed Hedge Fund firm is looking for talent in Investor Relations to support the business due to great success in their business last year. You will be building up the team with 1-2 subordinates. Great working culture and worklife balance will be provided.

As the Head of Investor Relations in a well-reputed Hedge Fund firm, your key responsibility will be to:
- Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value
- Establish a robust investor relations strategy and framework
- Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
- Facilitate and manage fundraising, client development strategies with CEO, senior management
- Analyses corporate activities for investors, identifying networking and other opportunities to build and create new initiatives.
- Identify and liaise closely with prospective investors, including but not limited to Institutions, Pensions Funds, Sovereign wealth fund, Family Offices, Endowments, etc
- Cooperate with operations, fund administration and finance teams to develop high quality investor reporting materials, including quarterly reports, investor letters etc
requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or above holder in relevant Finance/ Business or similar focus
- Minimum 10 years of experience from either Buy-Side (Asset Manager or Hedge Fund) or Sell-Side (Investment Banking)
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial
- Proficient in English writing and fluent in speaking
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.
