My client is a stable Asset Management firm that has been in HK for years. They are currently looking for a HR Lead to join their firm to lead the whole HR function.
This role will be overseeing the whole HR function leading a team of 3 and acting as a trusted HR advisor to the top management. The ideal candidate should be not only able to become an HR strategist to set up tactics to cater the business objectives, but also able to be hands on enough to understand and oversee the operation. The ideal candidate should be proactive with business acumen within the industry.

Job Description:
- Lead and oversee the full HR function, managing a small team to deliver high-impact HR services across the employee lifecycle
- Drive strategic workforce planning and partner with the management team to align people strategies with business objectives, including organisation design, succession planning, and capability building etc.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring to build a proactive talent pipelines, design employer branding initiatives tailored for the firm targeting on talents across financial services market
- Design / revamp the performance frameworks, instituting leadership development initiatives, and driving competency-building programmes
- Advise senior stakeholders with data-driven insights, HR analytics, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making and organisational effectiveness.
- Oversee compensation & benefits strategy, also act as a checker for monthly payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements
- Lead HR governance and transformation projects, including digitalisation of HR processes, policy reviews, risk management etc.
- Participate in other HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or related discipline
- Candidates coming from similar industry is essential
- 10 years of all rounded HR experience within sizeable firms with solid team leading experience
- Fast paced, open-minded yet seasoned candidates are desired
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
