Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end HR function, ensuring smooth delivery across recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations
- Act as a business partner to department heads, providing advice on manpower planning, organization structure, and people strategy
- Lead HR policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives to strengthen company culture and morale
- Partner with management on workforce planning, training, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and corporate HR standards
- Supervise a small HR team and support day-to-day HR operations in Yuen Long
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 6-10 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years at managerial level
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work independently
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
