About the Company:
We are partnering with a reputable organization to hire an HR Manager (All-Rounded) based in Yuen Long. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being close to the business - someone who can balance strategic partnership with hands-on HR operations, and who values a dynamic yet down-to-earth working environment.

You will lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to C&B, learning and development, and employee relations. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in shaping people initiatives for a growing and well-established company.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end HR function, ensuring smooth delivery across recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations
  • Act as a business partner to department heads, providing advice on manpower planning, organization structure, and people strategy
  • Lead HR policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives to strengthen company culture and morale
  • Partner with management on workforce planning, training, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and corporate HR standards
  • Supervise a small HR team and support day-to-day HR operations in Yuen Long
Skills and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 6-10 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years at managerial level
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
