Job Description

  • Monitor service level for contact centre to achieve service standard of Sales Channels
  • Ensure all requests and complaints from Sales Channels are acknowledged and resolved and identify the area of improvement
  • Work closely with and maintain good relationship Sales Channels, Administration Team, Consultants
  • Lead and participate ad hoc projects

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience Customer Service in the insurance or financial industry
  • With managerial experience is preferred 
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills 
  • Attentive to details, independent and assertive to negotiate with different stakeholders
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese
