Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Policy Administration projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Establish & maintain clear performance metrics & goals to align with the company's strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Continuously monitor and improve project processes and workflows
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project goals are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to policy administration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- With experience in policy administration and project management within insurance industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
