This regional private bank is looking for product development/ management talent focusing on Fixed Income/ Funds to join their team due to business expansion. You will be joining a team of 7, great working culture and great job stability are provided.

As the Product Management Manager focusing on Fixed Income/ Funds in a Regional Private Bank, your key responsibility will be to:
- Conduct comprehensive product due diligence and risk assessments for funds/ fixed income portfolios
- Perform ongoing monitoring of product performance, risk metrics, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain product governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with regulations
- Manage product setup/maintenance lifecycle, including documentation and coordination with legal/compliance teams
- Prepare MIS reports on performance, risk exposure, and compliance metrics for senior management
- Facilitate post-transaction reporting to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, while also supporting investment and product performance monitoring
- Lead audit processes by maintaining records and addressing regulatory inquiries
- Participate in new product launches and system enhancements, including UAT testing
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in managing investment products in a private bank, including product development and management, with a focus on fixed income/ funds
- End-to-end knowledge of product cycles and understanding of risk management concepts as well as legal and regulatory knowledge;
- Strong sense of ownership and team spirit as well as a track record of achieving results;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Applicant with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager.
