Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative game mechanics, systems, and gameplay experiences
- Lead the design and prototyping of immersive gameplay systems
- Collaborate with developers to integrate smart contract mechanics
- Own the full design lifecycle: concept, documentation, balancing, user feedback
- Drive creative alignment between technical and art teams
- Create prototypes and design documentation to communicate ideas effectively and iterate on gameplay concepts.
- Implement, test, and refine designs, building gameplay that contributes to the project's goal.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years in game design, with strong Unity 3D implementation experience
- Proficiency in game design tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and familiarity with technology.
- Strong communication and leadership skills in English and Chinese
