About the Role
My client is a leading insurance provider. We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Product Marketing Manager with deep expertise in insurance solutions to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of bespoke insurance products tailored to affluent clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance product marketing, a deep understanding of customer demographics, and the ability to translate complex offerings into compelling value propositions for advisors, brokers, and end clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for insurance products, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct market research on customer feedback and preference to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities within the insurance space
  • Craft compelling messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement tools (brochures, whitepapers, webinars, etc.) tailored to HNW clients and intermediaries
  • Collaborate with product development, underwriting, and sales teams to refine product offerings based on market insights
  • Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns, thought leadership, and partnerships with wealth managers, private banks, and family offices
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within insurance, wealth management, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of the client journey, including the role of intermediaries (brokers, RIAs, family offices)
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills—ability to distil complex insurance concepts into clear, persuasive messaging
  • Data-driven marketer with experience in segmentation, competitive analysis, and campaign optimization
  • Candidates with HNW or MCV experience has an added advantage
  • Language – good command of both Chinese and English
