Job Summary We are helping our crypto exchange client find a talented Regional Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies in the Turkey region. This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven professional with a solid understanding of both the Turkish market and the cryptocurrency industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating impactful campaigns, producing high-quality content, and driving user growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Turkish is essential, with prior experience in crypto or fintech being highly desirable.

What You’ll Do
- Independently manage and execute all marketing activities for the Turkey region.
- Develop engaging, high-quality content for social media, community platforms, and growth campaigns.
- Plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns aligned with the region’s growth direction.
- Ensure all external-facing content—visuals, messaging, and storytelling—meets high-quality standards.
- Analyze campaign performance and user insights to refine marketing strategies and improve outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on local trends, competitor activities, and cultural insights to inform content and campaigns.
- Proven experience in marketing, with expertise in digital growth and content execution.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a creative eye for visuals and brand consistency.
- Fluency in English and Turkish is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under pressure.
- A solid understanding of the Turkish market, with experience in the crypto or fintech space being a strong advantage.
- Experience in designing or directing visual assets is a plus.
