Role Overview
- Support in new business applications
- Provide administration support in new business, post sales service, etc.
- Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders in respect to processing queries
- Handle enquiries from agents/ brokers
- Prepare sales and marketing materials for Business Development
Experience & Qualifications
- With minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance industry
- Good communication skills and attentive to details
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
