Job Responsibilities
- Support the development of the Product Strategy across markets in align with the business goals
- Assist in the development of robust pricing process and frameworks to improve profitability of the Employee Benefits portfolio
- Coach junior colleagues and coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate the product implementation
- Support Business Unit Product Heads in the development of any key product propositions
Skills & Experiences required
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field
- Qualified Actuary with 5+ years of experience in actuarial analytics
- Highly organized, delivery-orientated with the ability to work with multiple concurrent projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence others
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
