About the Company:
My client is an MNC and leader in its industry, they have presence all over the globe.

With the business’s transformation plan, they have set up a new headcount as Senior Total Rewards Manager. The ideal candidate should be a Total Rewards professional to take up the role to drive and set up rewards strategies as well as other high-level C&B projects.

Job Description:
  • Manage Rewards projects such as title and grading structure, review the incentive and bonus plans, executive compensation calculation, mobility schemes etc.
  • In charge of review/ revamp of the company benefits programme, including but not limited to employee pension schemes, company medical plans etc.
  • Conduct large scale salary benchmarking projects; work closely with the external vendors to get market intel and ensure the salary structure and pay level is competitive to the market
  • Be the representative of HR for the HRIS implementation project – work closely with internal project team as well as vendor to ensure the HRIS functioning efficiently
  • Participate in annual projects such as annual budgeting, manpower related analysis etc.
  • Participate in other HR projects if necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or a related field  
  • At least 5 years of Rewards experience preferably in sizeable firms, candidates with more/ less experience will also be considered, personality and skillset are also one of the key elements to consider, not just years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills  
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with short notice is preferred
