My client is a MNC who is looking for a Sourcing Manager to cope with their business expansion. They are responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers or vendors to provide goods and services that meet the company's requirements. The sourcing manager works closely with various departments, such as procurement, supply chain, and operations, to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of products or services.

- Identify potential suppliers or vendors that can meet the organization's needs.
- Evaluate suppliers based on factors such as quality, reliability, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with suppliers and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the continuity of the supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and savings through effective sourcing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools, software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Candidates with a FMCG background has an added advantage
