Responsibilities
- Lead the account management team, fostering motivation and cohesion.
- Oversee and actively participate in the renewal and management of general insurance policies for corporate clients.
- Spearhead new sales opportunities to expand the existing book of business.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and insurers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Mentor and groom team members, identifying and nurturing potential talent within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the insurance industry
- With demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- In-depth understanding of general insurance products or P&C services would be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics
