What you’ll do:
- Build and optimize data platforms for real-time trading analytics (Kafka, Flink, ClickHouse, Snowflake, MongoDB)
- Develop AI infrastructure — including vector search systems, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks (LangGraph, A2A, MCP)
- Collaborate with trading and quant teams to deliver actionable insights and scalable AI-driven trading tools
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python + Java development, ideally in finance or trading
- Strong background in data platform architecture, cloud (AWS, K8s), and AI workflows
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for crypto markets and cutting-edge AI tools
