About the Company:

Our client, a rapidly growing cryptocurrency exchange based in Hong Kong, is actively expanding its investment team to pursue new opportunities and ventures.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Capital investment team and senior management to originate and lead investments.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment opportunities.
Assist senior investment professionals in conducting due diligence procedures, research, and financial modeling.
Prepare materials for client meetings and support the firm's engagement with institutional investors.
Focus on direct investments in growth-stage technology and blockchain companies, covering regions such as the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Maintain relationships with assigned companies and fund managers, including monitoring investments and attending meetings.
Provide operational support for reporting and investor updates.

Requirements:

1-3 years of working experience in financial markets with a strong understanding of financial concepts.
Preferred experience in private equity, research, or investment banking.
Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.
Strong quantitative background for data-informed decision-making.
Proficiency in financial modeling.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
