My client is a global 4PL Logistics Solutions who is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join their team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our warehouse clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse operations, transportation, etc.) to address customer concerns
- Provide accurate information about order status, inventory levels, and delivery timelines
- Provide quotation, purchase orders or payment and issue invoice, provide clerical & administrative support
- Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Support the implementation of new client accounts and onboarding processes
- Working location: Fanling, 5.5 days work week
- Diploma holder or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment
- Proficient in using ecommerce platforms such as WMS / POS
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to efficiently resolve customer issues
- Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Familiarity with warehousing operations and supply chain processes is a plus
