This Leading Chinese Bank is looking for seasoned Wealth Planning Advisor (Trustee/ Trust) to join their team due to great success in their business last year. You will be joining a team of 4, reporting directly to the Head of Trustee. Great worklife balance and great remuneration package are provided.

job scope.
As the PWealth Planning Advisor in a  Leading Chinese Bank, your key responsibility will be to:
  • Drive sales growth through effective management and oversight of trustee sales operations.
  • Liaise with clients, advisors and other professional parties, and to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients
  • Contribute to private trust business development with exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with our valued customers and intermediaries;
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify properties with high sales potential.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract qualified buyers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to optimize sales performance.
  • Perform Know-Your-Customer process of the new clients; also handle marketing documents, presentation and promotion materials;
  • Coordinate trustee sales events, ensuring smooth logistics and documentation.
  • Execute ad-hoc assignments as required;

requirements.
  • Degree holder of relevant discipline (major in Law, Accounting or Business Management and possession of professional qualification HKCIS, CPA, STEP etc. is an advantage);
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private trust business industry or banking or financial services sector;
  • Knowledge of securities and relevant regulations in Hong Kong is preferred;
  • Good knowledge in PC skills (MS office applications), Chinese typing is an advantage;
  • Excellence business acumen, communication and organization skills with positive attitude;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as senior officer;
  • Good writing and speaking in Chinese and English (Mandarin is a must).
