Responsibilities
- Support the accounts team in renewing and managing general insurance policies for corporate clients
- Assist in servicing existing client accounts, handling inquiries, and processing mid-term policy adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to identify cross-selling opportunities and expand the portfolio
- Participate in the renewal process, including drafting quotations and coordinating paperwork
- Maintain documentation and update relevant systems with policy information
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
- With exposure to account servicing or sales support would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of general insurance products and services, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Strong customer service skills and detail-oriented
