- Manage all aspects of your assigned individual member and account portfolio, including retention, expansion, and pricing discussions.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service by taking ownership of day-to-day client account issues, ensuring best practices are followed, and liaising with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain comprehensive product and service knowledge to educate members or intermediaries and make suitable recommendations.
- Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with members and intermediaries to provide excellent service and build strong relationships.
- Renew policies in a timely manner and consistently uphold the highest quality and service standards.
- Accurately update member records and complete administrative tasks within set deadlines.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and products and share relevant information with the team.
- Handle complaints competently and escalate when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of account management experience in the insurance or financial services industry,
- Candidates with health insurance experience has an added advantage
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines
