My client is global insurance brokeage firm who is seeking to expand its Property & Casualty team. You'll play a vital role in renewing and managing general insurance policies for the corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Renew and manage a portfolio of general insurance policies for existing corporate clients, ranging from SMEs to MNCs
- Handle accounts across property, casualty, and financial lines, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction
- Assist in the renewal process, including coordinating paperwork and addressing client queries
- Collaborate with the team lead and other stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Support marketing and sales efforts by providing insights and recommendations based on client needs
- Liaise with insurers and clients to facilitate claims processing and resolve any issues or disputes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Preferably with exposure to accounts management or sales, with knowledge of general insurance products and services
- Strong customer relationship management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
