Job Description:
- Handle staff enquiries and provide advise/ information to them on a professional manner
- Work closely with BP team for new hires and look after candidate onboarding and offboarding process – including but not limited to contract preparation, benefits enrolment, exiting logistics etc.
- Act as the bridge between the company and employees to handle employees’ enquiries and handle staff announcements such as Covid prevention measures, WFH arrangements etc.
- Performing audits on HR processes and data, including hiring, termination of service, and P-file on a regular basis
- Handle end to end international mobility issues including visa applications for new international hires or internal transferred expatriates and make sure they settle well in the office
- Assist in any ad hoc projects when necessary
- Bachelor Degree majored in Human Resources or other related discipline
- At least 5 years of HR operations / mobility experience preferably in sizeable firms
- Candidates from both Financial and Commercial industries are welcome!
- Agile and flexible candidate with can-do attitude is desired
- Passionate in HR process reengineering / streamlining will be a plus
- Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
