Responsibilities
- Approve claims and ensure they are handled within authority levels and comply with handling guidelines
- Assist the team head in providing guidance to junior staff and daily operations of the team
- Conduct investigations of suspicious claims and handle inquiries from agencies and other parties
- Participate in projects on the development and enhancement of operations systems
Qualifications
- Good insurance knowledge with a minimum of 4 years of claims experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Supervisory skills are a plus
