About the Company:
My client is a MNC (Non-retail) and a leading company in their industry with a strong presence in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now seeking an Assistant HR & Admin Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be someone who has experience in team leadership and hands-on experience in all-round HR & Admin matters. Candidates with experience handling non-retail frontline and back-office staff will be an advantage.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, from Talen acquisition to C&B matters and employee engagement matters
  • Act as a trusted partner to the business lines and to provide professional HR advise for them on manpower planning, talent development matters etc.
  • Handle end-to-end employee life cycle, including onboarding, employee relations to offboarding
  • Assist in annual HR exercises such as performance appraisal, salary review, budgeting
  • Oversee payroll administration, including accurate and timely processing of payroll, payroll tax compliance, and payroll records maintenance
  • Oversees the whole office Administration operation including but not limited to review and revamp the company policies & procedures, vendor management, office maintenance etc.
  • Assist in any ad hoc task or projects if necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a sizable company
  • A candidate who is proactive, well organized with good communication and leadership skills  
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is necessary
  • Candidate with short notice is desirable
