Company Overview:
Our clients is a leading MNC financial company, currently they are undergoing a finance transformation program to automate and streamline investment reporting and function.
As a Business Analyst , you’ll be at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategic transformation. You’ll collaborate across departments to elevate investment data management and reporting capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies to support a future-ready insurance enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Actuarial, IT, and external reinsurers—to assess current-state processes and identify integration opportunities across platforms like Oracle, Alteryx, and Access.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of enhanced accrual and settlement workflows, ensuring accuracy in policy data, reinsurance terms, and calculation logic.
  • Support the development and testing of new tools for data transformation and automated reporting.
  • Ensure all project deliverables align with internal control frameworks and regulatory standards, particularly around data integrity, privacy, and settlement Serve as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirement documents, process flow diagrams, and audit logs.
  • Assist in preparing reinsurance-related reports for internal governance forums and risk oversight functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Finance or Accounting.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with reinsurance operations, actuarial workflows, and financial reporting practices.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Alteryx, Excel, and Oracle; exposure to DataLake and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working with data systems and validating complex calculations.
  • Takes initiative and remains solution-focused in the face of ambiguity.
  • Builds strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
  • Balances speed and innovation with control and compliance.
