Job description

Our insurance clients are recruiting a Manager, Brokerage Business Development, to support their business growth in the brokerage channel. Applicants from other channels with similar channel development experience are welcome to apply. Less experienced applicants will be advised as Manager or Assistant Manager, or recommended for suitable openings.

Responsibilities

To cultivate the business from domestic brokers and IFAs to increase sales revenue and meet business targets
Actively visit broker partners to promote insurance solutions, Life and Savings plans.
To conduct a roadshow and deliver training and advise on market updates
To assist with the policy submission and underwriting process.

Requirement preference:

Bachelor's Degree or above
Must have passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 or relevant qualifications
Preferably 5 years of experience in the insurance sector from a brokerage or bank channel background.
Outgoing, service-oriented
Fluent in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin being an advantage
Proficient in computer skills, including Chinese word processing
