My client is a leading global freight forwarding and logistics provider, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and expanding the company's customer base in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Prospect for new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
- Conduct needs assessments, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and marketing teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales channels
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales personnel
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing client accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel as needed to support business development
