Job Description:
C&B Operation
- Act as the C&B team leader and oversee end-to-end C&B operations, including payroll, pensions, taxation, medical schemes, benefits, and leave administration - ensuring full compliance with local employment legislation
- Manage payroll system enhancement and automation projects, ensuring data accuracy and enabling timely workforce analytics and cost forecasting
- Act as the subject-matter expert to HR Business Partners on salary offers, retention arrangements, mobility cases, and internal moves when necessary
- Lead the annual compensation review process, including market benchmarking, salary and bonus reviews, promotion adjustments, and vendor negotiations
- Deliver regular / ad-hoc C&B analytics, reports, and dashboards to senior management and board-level stakeholders
- Participate / take the lead of HRIS implantation / enhancement projects (if any)
- University degree in HR Management, Statistics or a related field
- At least 8 years of C&B operation and project experience, coming from large MNCs are desired
- In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills
- Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Sound experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactor / Oracle / Workday will be an added advantage
