About the Company:
My client is one of the leaders in its industry. They are now expanding their Corporate Development team and looking for a highly skilled and strategic minded professional to join their team. This role will be focusing on driving transformation on the Commercial side. The ideal candidate should be strong at acting as an inhouse doctor to the firm and should be familiar with strategies related to Sales enhancement/ revenue management etc.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a proven track record in consulting firms as well as inhouse experience and a passion for driving business growth. This is a regional position – candidates with APAC / global experience are desired.

Job Description:
  • Act as an inhouse consultant to lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market entry strategies
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, inventory, and revenue streams.
  • Conduct analysis of pricing elasticity, demand patterns, and market dynamics to determine optimal pricing structures and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse revenue performance, identifying opportunities for revenue optimization and cost efficiencies
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives for the region to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and work closely with top management for company’s upcoming direction and goals
  • Assist in ad hoc projects when necessary
Skills and Experiences required:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in corporate strategy/ development, experience from Management consultancies is an advantage
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Proficiency in English AND Mandarin is a MUST
  • Candidates who satisfied the language requirement and open to relocate to Hong Kong are also welcome to apply
