Digital Solution Project Manager – Insurance

Our client is looking for a Digital Solution Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and ensuring the delivery of each project with outstanding quality, within the allocated timeframe and budget, while effectively navigating the dynamic challenges of the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of digital solution projects, from initiation to deployment, ensuring project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
• Collaborating with stakeholders at various levels, effectively translating their requirements into project objectives, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identifying potential project risks and dependencies and developing proactive strategies to mitigate them.
• Supervising task and resource allocation to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to established deadlines.
• Facilitating regular project status meetings, delivering transparent updates, and driving efficient decision-making processes.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality deliverables through thorough quality assurance reviews and user acceptance testing.
• Stay updated on the latest digital trends, technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and recommend enhancements to existing solutions.
• Conducting comprehensive post-project evaluations to extract valuable insights and continuously improve our project management approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile, are a plus.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in the delivery of digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends, with the ability to translate them into effective project strategies.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
