Job description

As the Digital Transformation Catalyst for the Digital Applications, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's digital evolution and unlocking new business opportunities across the region. Leveraging your deep technical expertise and strategic mindset, you will lead the design, implementation, and integration of cutting-edge digital solutions that seamlessly connect with critical business systems such as customer experience platforms, retail applications, and data analytics.

  • Craft a visionary digital applications strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals and digital transformation roadmap for the APAC region.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the organization's digital capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative digital solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the organization's e-commerce platforms, including Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and mobile applications.
  • Ensure the platforms remain stable, secure, and optimized for performance to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage platform upgrades, integrations, and customizations to align with business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the e-commerce development team, including in-house and outsourced resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e-commerce, marketing, IT) to understand requirements and deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery and mobile development projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, deployment plans, and user guides.
  • Analyze platform performance data and user feedback to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
  • Implement process improvements and automation to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Recommend and oversee the adoption of new tools and technologies to improve the digital experience.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for e-commerce, marketing, and IT stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in e-commerce platform management, with a strong focus on Shopify Plus and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional digital projects and managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
