Job Description:
- Design and implement a comprehensive Global leadership development strategy and roadmap that aligns with the organisation's goals and objectives
- Develop and execute succession planning programs for senior executives, identifying high-potential individuals and create tailored development plans for them
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess leadership needs, identify skill gaps, and develop appropriate development programs to upskills general staff/ young leaders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to leverage best practices in leadership development and talent management.
- Oversee the delivery of leadership development programs, including workshops, coaching, mentoring, and assessments
- Establish and track key talent metrics and KPIs, using data and insights to influence decisions at executive level, evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives through metrics, feedback etc.
- Assist with other ad hoc HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or related discipline
- At least 16 years of Leadership Development/ Organisational Design experience within a sizeable organisation
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Preferred candidates who have good stakeholder management and gained regional exposure before is a must
