Job description

Our client is a leading insurance broker in Hong Kong, seeking a dynamic Product Manager to oversee product lifecycle, liaise with insurers, and support sales operations. This role ensures seamless product updates, training, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Liaise with insurance companies for product updates, new launches, and ongoing communications.
Act as product owner to manage shelf products, including monitoring performance, compliance, and enhancements.
Deliver product training to sales and frontline teams on features, benefits, and sales strategies.
Provide operational support to business units, assisting with product-related queries and processes.

Requirements

Degree holder in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related discipline.
At least 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in insurance brokerage or financial services.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to collaborate across teams.
