We are seeking a dynamic Financial Planning Manager to drive insurance sales and financial advisory services through my client’s bancassurance channel. You will work closely with branch teams and high-net-worth clients to provide tailored risk and wealth management solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic Financial Planning Manager to drive insurance sales and financial advisory services through my client’s bancassurance channel. You will work closely with branch teams and high-net-worth clients to provide tailored risk and wealth management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote bancassurance products (life, health, investment-linked policies)
- Collaborate with branch staff to identify and refer potential clients for insurance solutions
- Conduct financial needs analysis for customers and recommend suitable insurance products
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Build long-term client relationships through trusted advisory and exceptional service
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes in bancassurance
- 5+ years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or wealth management, preferably within a bank.
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets for insurance products.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance and wealth planning.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP), ChFC, or equivalent licenses preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced banking environment.
