We’re seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead my client’s hiring efforts and build a world-class team. You’ll partner with senior leadership to design and execute talent strategies, ensuring we attract and retain the best professionals in fintech, tech, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies to meet company growth goals
  • Lead end-to-end hiring for key roles (engineering, product, compliance, sales, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes
  • Build talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, employer branding, and innovative channels
  • Optimize the candidate experience to reflect our employer value proposition (EVP)
  • Leverage data/metrics to track hiring performance and improve processes
  • Stay ahead of fintech talent trends, competitive hiring landscapes, and diversity best practices
  • Manage relationships with agencies, universities, and industry partners
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of TA experience, with 3+ years in fintech, tech, or high-growth startups
  • Proven success hiring for hard-to-fill tech/non-tech roles (e.g., DevOps, Data Science, Compliance, etc.)
  • Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut), ATS systems, and employer branding
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to influence leadership and hiring teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics
  • Passion for fintech and a deep understanding of the industry’s talent landscape
