This role will act as a key leader to work closely with top management and to set up the “best practice” for HR team across the regions. Job Description:
- Act as the HR Business Partner to work closely with the top management and provide HR advisory for them such as manpower planning, organisation design etc.
- Lead the company’s expansion plan and to set Talent Acquisition strategy to attract potential new joiners as well as retaining and grow the existing staff
- Work closely with the business team to understand their situation and revamp the compensation model when necessary; i.e. revamp the sales commission scheme
- Drive the overall company culture on a global level to achieve a cohesive working environment and alignment
- Identify HIPOs and set up development plans for such HIPOs and potentially setting up succession planning for the firm in a long run
- Lead the HR team to ensure subordinates reach their full potential
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks when necessary
- University degree in HR Management or related discipline
- Candidates with a proven track record in startups are desired
- Candidates with regional exposure is a must
- Exposure in different functions - such as Business Management, Sales, Corporate Strategy etc. will be an advantage
- Native/ near native in English is preferred, able to speak in Chinese is a plus
