About the Company:
My client is a MNC with a strong presence over the APAC.

This role will be looking after regional Learning and development matters, they are looking for candidates who are passionate in the field, good supervisory skills with great stakeholder management and communication skills to join their team. The ideal candidate should have solid training design experience and is familiar with courses design. This role will be leading a team of 3 and reporting to the Head of HR department.

Job Description:
  • Act as a L&D Professional to provide advisory services to business heads and find out their pain points and needs for trainings
  • Set up the company’s learning strategies and vision that fit into the company’s VMV and direction
  • Standardise the learning materials and curriculums for different levels of staff’s training and for different regional trainers to follow  
  • Conduct training needs analysis for the employees (for both cooperate and operation staff) and follow up with new training ideas for both online and classroom training
  • Develop and design training curriculums and materials, ensure they align with company’s vision
  • Design E-learning materials and delegate to the team for execution, closely monitor with the process and result
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • At least 16 years of L&D and TD experience within a sizeable commercial organisation
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Preferred candidates who have good stakeholder management and have touched on E-learning modules before
