This well-reputed corporate banking is looking for a Head of Operation to oversee all operation matters of Hong Kong branch, including but not limited to settlement, KYC, credit admin, trade finance, transaction processing and the like. You will be leading a team of 18, great worklife balance will be provided.

As the Head of Operation for a Well-reputed corporate Banking, your key responsibility will be to:
- Oversee and manage the operations teams covering Account Services/ KYC/ Client Onboarding, Settlement, Trade Finance, Credit Administration, Transaction Processing and the like
- Ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-centric delivery of services across these areas
- Liaise with Compliance/Risk in relation to all compliance and risk related matters within the business and support units, as well as with Head Office to assure that all operations functions centralized are carried out
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational productivity and service quality
- Manage and develop a team of operations professionals to build a high-performing organization
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics and drive continuous performance optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, compliance, technology, and other support teams
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and risk management frameworks
- Represent the operations function in senior management meetings and drive strategic initiatives

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- More than 10 years working experience in Corporate/ Wholesale Banking Operations and / or Operations Control fields with experience in risk identification, controls monitoring and policies and procedures documentation
- Strong understanding of core corproate/ wholesale banking products and services with proven track record of leading large, complex operations teams
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast paced, service oriented, changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
