Our client, a fast-growing, innovative conglomerate. Currently they are looking for suitable candidates for the Head of PMO to be part of their team to lead multiple Application projects. They will drive high-performing projects teams and will own project governance.
As part of this role, you will Look after a centralised PMO team having an elevated view of various projects and initiatives. You will have managerial exposure, work in a harmonious environment combining local and international colleagues and your opinion as well as work contribution will have an impact on the organisation.

Responsibilities
- To perform a transformation role in projects facilitating the business requirements collection and ensure that the functionality design meets the business objectives and user-friendly,
- Assist the COO to drive the transformation in business. And working with the function heads in the development of a comprehensive strategy with a holistic approach for customer excellence & digital.
- Managing a lean IT Project management team, assigning, and reviewing of work and performance appraisal
- Leading Digital project implementation which includes milestone planning, risk management and external vendor management
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Participate in the architecture solution and drive the delivery of the solution
- Gathering requirements from key business stakeholders and translating into functional specification
- Managing the digital team on a project basis, assigning work and reviewing codes
- Maintaining prompt communication and timely reports to business stakeholders on project status while monitoring project progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources.
- Identifying and proposing improvement solutions to enhance business productivity
Requirements
- Degree in Business IT, Computing Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO in the IT industry
- Data science background is preferred
- Certification in PSM / SPS / PSPO /PMP/ ACP is a plus
- Be conversant in communicating business requirements with technical expertise and be able to alert management on anticipating benefits/consequence of various approaches of implementation/solutions of the relevant business requirements.
