As the Head of Solutions and Professional Services, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of innovative technical solutions and professional services to the clients. You will drive strategic initiatives, oversee project execution, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, implement, monitor and improve project and customer support governance structure, project delivery and customer support policies and standards to ensure successful and unify way of project implementations and on-going customer support.
- Lead and manage the Solutions and Professional Services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities in technical solutions and project delivery.
- Provide resource management, planning strategically and tactically to meet short-term and long-term needs of the company.
- Identify market trends and client needs to drive the continuous improvement of service offerings.
- Oversee the delivery of projects and solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with services delivered.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that add value to their business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10+ years of experience in IT project management and enterprise software implementation.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within professional services or solutions delivery.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of technologies and solutions.
- Excellent project management skills and experience with methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Advanced project management expertise (PMP certification is a plus), including Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
