Human Resources:
- Set up HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B and Employee Engagement
- Responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, staff handbook etc.
- Assist in recruitment process such as CV screening, interview arrangements and candidate sourcing etc.
- Work closely with payroll vendor to facilitate monthly payroll calculations
- Set up administrative tasks including but not limited to company handbook and policy etc.
- Closely liaise with external vendors for office renovation or maintenance when necessary
- Look after office supplies and make sure inventory is at optimal level
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related fields
- At least 5-7 years of start-up firm related experience preferred
- High calibres with less years of experience are welcome
- Comprehensive knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and related legislations
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- The ideal candidate would be detail-oriented and agile, with strong analytical skills
